How to start the druid dev sync

Here's the procedure to start up the druid dev sync using the druid youtube account

1. The Live Events page shows the upcoming scheduled events and can be navigated to from the main youtube page by going to My Channel --> Video Manager --> Live Streaming --> Events
   
2. Click on [ + New live event ]
3. Set the title as `Druid Dev Sync XXXX` where XXXX is the date in iso format
4. Re-emphasize in the description that it is a druid dev sync for XXXX
5. Set the appropriate date and time
6. Set a few tags
7. Make sure the Type is Quick: using Google Hangouts on Air
8. Click on the [ Create Event ] button on the bottom
9. You should now have an event in the list of live events.
10. Start the hangout before people are supposed to arrive.
11. Post a response in the dev sync thread about the URL for the hangout.
12. Privately bug attendees about sharing a single hangout line if they can.
13. WHEN IT IS TIME TO START click on the big green button at the bottom of the hangout to start the broadcast.
14. When the broadcast is over, END the broadcast at the bottom of the screen
15. After the broadcast has terminated, you can hangup the hangout.
