Development mailing list migration

As we have been discussing in various other threads, we are migrating our development list to Apache infrastructure as part of our overall migration to the Apache Incubator. We will be putting the Google Groups list in read only mode shortly.

Please subscribe to our new mailing list by emailing dev-su...@druid.apache.org and post new messages there. You can also check out archives of the new lists at: https://lists.apache.org/list.html?d...@druid.apache.org.

Our user list will remain at druid...@googlegroups.com for the time being.
