DD to be Paid in favor of Ms.Komal, Payable at State Bank of India,
Purasawalkam Branch, Chennai be-fore 2nd August 2010, All registrants after 2nd will be considered spot
registrants.

DD Along with print out of registration form and ID Card( Work Place) to be sent to
Nourish n Cherish Institute, C/o Mother India Traders, No 20 Yemi Street,End of Tana Street, Purusawalkam, Ch- 7
The applicant will be sent a Delegate Pass to the Workshop via
e mail and posted.

Registration Fee for Professionals Rs 600 Advance registration and Rs 700 for spot.
 For Students Rs 500 Advance registration and Rs 600 for spot.

40 or more registrants:- 20% off
