There is a saying that goes: "getting sober is easy; staying sober is
the hard part." We've found over the course of the last twenty odd
years that many recovering people can maintain sobriety for 28 days in
the confines of a treatment center that is isolated and closed off
from the public.

The first year of recovery from alcoholism, drug addiction, or eating
disorders is the most difficult. We think the transition back to the
"real world" should be made with structure, support and supervision.
Research shows that residence at a supportive and caring treatment
facility greatly increases the likelihood of successful abstinence.
