 Notice is hereby given to all the members of Dehradun Round Table 51 for Continuous Meeting No.703 (3rd of tabling Year 2016-17), to be held on Monday 8 August 2016, 08:30pm at The Meedo Grand.


A return email/whatsapp to this notice with a copy to the Chairman and Secretary only is essential for confirmation, and for establishing quorum. All members are urged to attend this meeting as a number of key discussions have to made.

AGENDA:
- Upcoming Area AGM in mussoorie. Finalising the list of people attending/staying. 
-Clearance of dues for people staying in Mussoorie and for pending dues for the AGM held at ACA.
-Introduction of tabling shirt for the upcoming year
-Discussion of mandatory attendance for AEX on Sunday 21st August in Mussoorie.
-Proposing and supporting the name of Tr Gauravdeep Singh for the post of AREA 5 AVC for the next year at AEX in Mussoorie
-Final discussion on projects being taken up for first quarter
-Confirmation of Social calendar
