How To Import RTF back to the app

I had selected to backup my entries to SD Card but when I cleared my cache, all my entries for the past year were gone, even though it was supposed to store them on the external memory card :( :(

I did have RTF file I saved a long time ago and I want to import it to at least get some of the records back, but it's not letting me import it.

How do I import RTF file I exported previously.
