It seems like Dropwizard can terminate the process before all managed objects get a chance to fully complete from their stop() methods. Is there a way to configure / extend this default shutdown grace period?

Thanks,
Ryan

In your configuration (assuming you're using YAML):

http:
  shutdownGracePeriod: 10s

Thanks, Nick. I'll give that a shot.

Actually, that grace period configuration option didn't seem to help. I have a custom class which implements Managed, and it can take around 5 - 8 seconds for it to gracefully complete from stop(). However, it looks like the process is killed before it completes. Is there a way to extend that grace period?

Please disregard. I was misreading my own logs.

Thanks,
Ryan
