DropSync keeps asking for password

Hey all.

Whenever I attempt to sync from local to remote sftp, DropSync 3 is asking me for password multiple times (2-4 times) with a pop-up window.

Eventually, it does sync but it is frustrating to enter the password every time. I tried using id_rsa also, but that doesn't work at all.

Did anyone encounter the same issue?
