Duplicate a 'Pair'?

Hi

Is it possible to duplicate a folder pair?

I'd like to have the same source folder/file options for 2 external drives.

One has already been created, so would like to just duplicate the current pair and then change the destination drive.

Perhaps there's a config file I can edit by hand to do this?
