Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. DropSync should run fine on sequoia (it does on my machine), however, I suspect that there is something specific in your configuration or saved data that is causing the crash. It would be great to try and find out what this is.
Could you contact support directly with the following info.
1. What type of folder-pair do you have setup? Is it connecting via ssh or directly with finder?
2. Does it crash instantly or is there a slight delay after startup before the crash happens?
3. Where did you get the app (Mac App Store) or direct download?
