Chaining Folder Pairs

Curious if there is a way to initiate a chain of syncing folder pairs. For instance, I'd like one folder pair to sync, and then when it's complete, I'd like destination of that pair to sync to another destination.

Folder A > Folder B

Folder B > Folder C

My only thought thus far is to utilize the "When changes are detected" feature on Folder B, thus when I manually initiate sync from A > B, B > C happens on it's own.

Is there any other way to achieve this without that feature?
