How to exclude folders with a specific name?

How can I set up a filter to exclude all folders named "statistics", "tinymce" and "vendor"?

These folders can be many places, and I do not want or need them synced to another place. But all other folders and files I want. 

2)

How can I set up a filter to ONLY download .jpg files that exceeds 300 kB, and at the same time keep the folder structure complete?

(I'd like to download all the biggest .jpg images, and keep the folder structure. This way I can use a software to compress the images, and upload them in the sam structure to overwrite the original big images.)

I got it working by using these filters:

Pattern: 

statistics*/**  Type:exclude

tinymce*/**  Type:exclude

etc.

However I didn't find an option for the 2) above.

Great to hear you found a solution.  The filters are very powerful but can be tricky to set up. 

It’s possible to filter by file size (see screenshot below).  You would just enter 300K in the appropriate field. 

In order to filter by size and file extension (ie *.jpg and <300K) you would need to combine this with an exclude filter which you can setup similarly to the folder filters you have already worked with.
