Ibought a chuwi lapbook plus one month ago, and everything goes well until few days ago, sometime when I open my laptop a message related with the EFI appears, but after rebooting the laptop (sometimes twice), everything starting to run well until today, everytime I tried to open my laptop fails and a message like this appears:
The problem you show is because, in some cases, the bios does not recognize the Windows startup, starting to boot with the following in the order of boot preferences.
This may be due to a timely failure in the eMMC and may be reproduced from time to time.
Once this is done, it would also be useful to perform a Windows restore so that the system repairs the startup in case it has a failure. Start, configuration, update and security, recovery, reset this PC. A long process will begin in which you will be asked if you want to keep your data or not, choose the option you want, put the charger and let it finish without interrupting it (it can take many hours depending on the data you have to keep).
If none of the systems that must be installed appear, it is because the eMMC storage unit is not recognized. Everything seems to indicate that this eMMC drive (similar to the hard disk in a computer) is broken and it is the job of a technician to replace it since it is welded to the motherboard.
It may also be that some of the cold welds from the eMMC to the motherboard have jumped and do not make good contact. They should be checked by a technician.
Just got myself one of these servers, just read about a critical bios-update, but never had any hp-product and it's quite impossible/frustrating when you cant even download the firmware without figuring out how to register the box (still havent figured it out).
Tried to register my HPE Microserver Gen10 but failed, could not figure it out either. Does anyone have a solution to this? No matter what it says "Entitlement does not exist". Add new device only gives me a list of devices that has autoregistered.
I used to be a fan of HP products so I recommended to my boss that we should buy a bunch of Gen10 microservers with E208i-P controllers, as Edge servers for our SMV customers. I have now wasted over 60 hours troubleshooting various issues, plus going through the nightmare it apparently is to get proper firmwares and BIOS/UEFI updates.
I had no idea HP's support policies had become this draconian. Frankly, it's the worst experience I have had with IT gear in a full decade. The firmware is buggy, and downloads are locked away under various "support options". I don't even want to think about how to get updates to these in a year or two, when they're still used at our customers but don't have an "active support contract" anymore. It's crazy! There is ONE single reason to download a firmware file for a HP storage controller: to fix a problem with a HP product I already purchased. Why the hell do I need to pay for that over and over?
Thanks to everyone here for your suggestions. Downgrading (sheesh!) after swithing to Legacy mode (double-sheesh!) solved some of the problems. After sorting out the various support contract issues (triple-sheesh!!). Except off course now we are not on the most current version, which is what HP recommends. So any future problem we report to the official Support line will now be dead in the water, because the firrst recommendation is to be on current firmware.
I regret buying these units and my boss and co-workers will be riding my a** for months because it was my suggestion. I will be recommending a "never HPE" policy instead now. Sad - I know - but seriously: I don't see this stupid crap with Lenovo, SuperMicro or DELL gear.
Frankly I think the same, more than 20 years selling and recommending HP and right now I try to run away from them, I don't understand how I can't download any BIOS or driver updates if I don't have the contracted support, even a 20e Asus board can download the drivers 20 years later, why HP follows this policy??? frankly they are crazy, it's the best way to throw away all their confidence....
I tried to update using ms dos but somebody bumped on the power plug and corrupted the bios. I bought a EEPROM flasher to try to recover it now. Waiting for it to be delivered. Will post an update as soon as I can.

The CRISPR-based nucleic acid detection systems have shown great potential for point-of-care testing of viral pathogens, especially in the context of COVID-19 pandemic. Here we optimize several key parameters of reaction chemistry and develop a Chemical Enhanced CRISPR Detection system for nucleic acid (termed CECRID). For the Cas12a/Cas13a-based signal detection phase, we determine buffer conditions and substrate range for optimal detection performance, and reveal a crucial role of bovine serum albumin in enhancing trans-cleavage activity of Cas12a/Cas13a effectors. By comparing several chemical additives, we find that addition of L-proline can secure or enhance Cas12a/Cas13a detection capability. For isothermal amplification phase with typical LAMP and RPA methods, inclusion of L-proline can also enhance specific target amplification as determined by CRISPR detection. Using SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus, we demonstrate CECRID has enhanced detection sensitivity over chemical additive-null method with either fluorescence or lateral flow strip readout. Thus, CECRID provides an improved detection power and system robustness, and helps to develop enhanced reagent formula or test kit towards practical application of CRISPR-based diagnostics.
The extraction process we use in BioSwitch products is an alkaline extraction that maximizes extraction of compounds and creates actives from the seaweed so they are kept in their most pure and active state. This proprietary extraction is shown to have superior flowability and is a homogenous soluble liquid.
With BioSwitch-activated biostimulants, plants have an increased expression of stress response genes. In fact, evidence suggests that Acadian Ascophyllum extract can modify the endogenous levels and activity of metabolites within the plant via stimulation of natural plant processes.
BioSwitch activated biostimulants provides our partners with consistent and market leading bioactive compounds to help protect crops from abiotic stressors, such as drought, extreme heat, cold, salinity
