Problem creating API key/account

Hi, I've tried creating a free API key via the following link --

http://api.drop.io/

After filling out the form, I'm redirected without any notification to
https://drop.io/. I get no email confirmation either. If I then try to
log in with the credentials, I get

Errors: Couldn't log you in...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, James

I had the same problem signing up a free API key.
btw. the embeded uploader.swf cannot be found any more.
