API Key signup issue

Hi there,

I am interested in using your .Net API Helper library to build a
silverlight application around it. I am in the process of converting
the existing .Net API to be compatible with silverlight 4's scaled
down framework. In order to test it I have tried to register for an
API key but was unable to do so. How soon is this service going to be
restored. Else can I have a temporary API key?
