Dropbox Table of Contents??

I'd like to build an easily-editable Table of Contents for my Dropbox.

HTML might be nice. Or maybe using MS word? Any suggestions?

I want to cut through all the clutter and list the most important or latest documents.

It'd be nice to have it open in the browser automatically when clicked on.
