Change request using decision central 7.48.0.Final-redhat-00004

Hi,

I am trying to create a change request with anew branch to master branch, even changing version causes the conflicts and disable the  squash and merge button which ia nnoying

Is there a way to resolve the conflicts in the decision central  ?

What are better ways to introduce changes via branches any pointers willbe helpful
