Few possible features
- proxy cache so that there is less 304 responses from internet servers, maybe also https cache but then some custom CA cert should be in cert store
- statistics how many requests/data is done by some app, hostname
- rule action is now ALLOW, DENY, DIRECT, LOCAL_PROXY_CHAIN. It could be also redirect to one specific local proxy as Orbot, Psiphon, SSH tunnels
