I'm just starting to see info pop up about this new product from E-flite.

It looks like an absolutely incredible value!  How can they make it so cheap?

That is really interesting Robert,

They do give you a lot for $470.00, definitely makes entry more affordable and sounds like a quite capable controller it comes with.

They made it just big enough for a GoPro, but I suspect gyro stabilization might be too heavy.

Still, looks like a great entry quadcopter.

I suspect they will sell a lot of them.

Looks nicely packaged, but VERY small.

Hi Chris,

I think when this thing finally comes out this fall it won't be alone.

Personally I thing the props should be bigger diameter, too inefficient at that size.

Still, it's big enough to carry a GoPro and probably small and light enough so the flying lawnmower liability isn't too high.

Basically good for beginners.

Multicopters are reliable, easy to build and with decent controllers easy to fly even in your back yard or living room.

You can probably enter this entry or slightly past entry market, but it is going to be fast moving and volatile and probably all of the big names will get into it.

But DIYDrones is where you go next.

So while the entry market is probably going to explode, so are we.
