Thank you for the kind words and encouragement on the Dev call tonight.
As suggested, I have created a "semi-private" page to sell the CAN Based Pixhawk ESC v1.6 that we are producing for/with the PX4 / Pixhawk Team. This is open source hardware, but the design files will not be released until the design is proven. On this page you will see the main specifications and a link to the schematic. This board is only for serious developers! You might be buying a board that will not function as expected, we have worked hard with the team to proof the design prior to this pre-production run. If this iteration pans out then we will produce these boards in quantity at a lower price.
There are currently 14 boards remaining of the 1st batch, I have 30 additional board which are ready for the SMT and can be ready shortly. The first batch should ship in 2 to 4 weeks from the USA and Bulgaria. I reserve the right to offer the remaining initial 14 boards to the developers whom can help the most to get the software written for everyone's benefit.
Future: We have a design for a 35A Lite version that will offer most of the features in a smaller lower current version and a follow on 18A micro version.

Great, Phillip, thanks for sharing in this mutually beneficial product! We're excited to get this going. For my own application I am looking for better efficiency (of course) but more importantly reverse thrust for Plane. Can't wait to add that and start test flying/landing!
If these initial 30/60 sell well is your next step 100, 1k, 10k? What "consumer" prices can we expect to see?

I'm also curious about what the breakpoint is for consumer volumes. Is it 1000+? And then what would the price need to be.
