Initial setup questions

I just got the phantom 3 from beach camera. I also ordered the propeller guards but there were no instructions on how to mount them. 

I also got an iPad mini but it won't fit in the holder on the remote control. Should I have gotten something else?

Hey!

For the iPad, just press the little button (with notches on it) on the right side of the remote holder. This should make the ledge on the top go up, leaving enough space to attach the iPad mini.
