tello does not respond to program

I have two questions

Too many times Telo is floating in place and finally lands, and does not execute the program

.In the program describe at the image, the first program works correctly

.When I change the same program so that it would be carried out by variables, Telo is floating in place and finally lands, and does not execute the program
