Tello Edu not executing instructions

Hi,

I signed up to do the "Introduction to Tello Drone Programming" I can get the drone to take off but it doesn't do the rest of the blocks in "Hello Tello!" I updated the firmware.  Any thoughts on why it wouldn't do the the rest? Does the app not work with the edu version?

I also noticed that battery drains incredibly quickly, although this could just be my inexperience with the product.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Google changed their group settings so we were not receiving notifications after the update. DroneBlocks does work with Tello EDU. Are you using it on iOS, Android, or Chrome? Let us know and we'll be glad to help out.

The main difference between Tello and Tello EDU is that the EDU version has Mission Pad and Swarm capabilities. We cover these in our EDU course using Node-RED. You can see a preview lesson of Swarm here:

It's not the easiest thing in the world to configure so it does take considerable work to setup. Tello EDU is a bit more expensive as well. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
