I just tried this new feature and it is awesome!  My school is part of a GAFE district so being able to "sign in" via Google is great for my students.  Today my son was trying to program a "star" mission and being able to go back to the 8-point star he originally created then troubleshoot his angles to create a 5-point star was helpful.

One tip:  Before you or your students start coding, go ahead and login. I tried logging in to save after creating a test mission, my iPad froze and I had to restart the app.  I didn't lose my mission but just in case...log in first and save periodically when working on a lengthy mission!

Thank you for the feedback, Marisa! If you can share your son's mission we'd love to see it!

Here are screen shots of my 12-yr-old's star mission. Initially he created it by accident, which sparked hours of programming cool missions with a friend! The mission preview and code view are invaluable and makes the app a great learning tool, even before being connected to the drone!

That's really, really cool. This is the first time I've seen an 8 pointed star mission. I'm going to have to give this a try. Thanks for sharing.

Very well do. Much congrats to your son. I would be interested in seeing other missions he and his friends concoght in the future.
