Error in ndk-build command

Hello there,

I have been trying to get a copy of the DroidReader source to compile and run on my system for the past few days with no success at all. On the final step, where we run the "buildit" file from the "stuff" folder, it compiles all the way down to pdf_fontfile.c and then starts throwing errors. the specific errors are:


/home/siddharth/workspace/droidreader/jni/mupdf-overlay/mupdf/pdf_fontfile.c: In function 'pdf_loadembeddedfont':
/home/siddharth/workspace/droidreader/jni/mupdf-overlay/mupdf/pdf_fontfile.c:168: error: 'pdf_fontdesc' has no member named 'buffer'
make: *** [/home/siddharth/workspace/droidreader/obj/local/armeabi/objs/mupdf/mupdf-overlay/mupdf/pdf_fontfile.o] Error 1


Any help on how to fix this will be life saver for me.

P.S. The development environment is:
Motodev Studio 2.2.0 with the Android SDK API 8 and NDK R5b setup on Ubuntu 11.04 on VirtualBox running on Windows 7.

Hi,

I think the short-term solution would be to go back to older muPdf
code. There have been updates that DroidReader wasn't adapted for yet.
I'd happily accept patches, but as I'm currently buried in day-job
work, it will take some weeks until I can care for these problems
myself.

Alright. Let me go back to a older revision of the mupdf and will post the results soon.

Oops, my timing's not good. I've committed revision 65 which should
enable droidreader to build with the latest dependencies.

Could you please try it and report back?

My local tree is a bit out of sync with the repository :/
