[help] source code didn't run

Hello :)

i'm still new to android..and i want to try to create a simple pdf viewer..and i found this droidreader...
but when i tured to run the source code using eclipse, the application won't run..it only says "unfortunately, droidreader has stopped"
i'm running the source code on a tablet with ICS version of android..

could anyone please help me?
