how to create pdf reader application look like following application. is their any sdk or api?

Hi,

you can check the old codebase of this project in order to see an
example, but frankly: it's outdated and probably won't work for
current muPDF and Android NDK/SDK versions (not sure about the
latter).

As for vfr - why not ask them?
