Hi,

In Tower, the FollowMe uses google service to ensure the correct location settings are set.

I added a local map provider, and use it's location service.

Then, should i implement checkLoactionSetting function base on my map provider?

Any one now this?

Which method are you referring to? I'm not sure the `checkLocationSetting` is part of the base map interface.

If the target device you're programming for doesn't have access to Google Play services (i.e: amazon kindle fire), then you'd need to fall back on whatever location provider is available. Otherwise, you should be able to make use of Google Play services even if using a local map provider.
