Not Connecting

I have the 3DR radio set: https://store.3drobotics.com/products/3dr-radio

I have installed USB host and 3dr services.

I have installed both DroidPlanner and Tower.

When I look in USB host, I can see the 3dr radio connected. It shows 1-1 6015:0403 FTDI FT231x USB UART. The problem is when I try to connect in DroidPlanner is says MAVLink Error: No Devices Found. when I try to connect with Tower is says Connection Failed: No Devices Found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having the same problem. I can get my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (phone) to connect without issue but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 shows the same errors with both apps.
