checkdnsrr() not defined

Hi,

checkdnsrr() php function cannot be used in the current version. This is a native php function. I'm wondering why it's not supported. Is it a problem with the php-cgi binary ? Where do you get the binary file ? Did you compile it yourself. If you show me the way, maybe I can add that function and compile the binary. Your help is highly appreciated. This is regarding my GSoC project.
