Would it be possible to check the settings in Tools, Preferences and then by clicking the signature updates tab. Under the signature tab try clicking the 'Reset URL to TNA default' button. If there are still errors you could try changing the http to https at the beginning of the URLs. Please see attached screenshot.
The only other thing I can think of is that at the time of trying the server was down. Has this been a persistent error?
I have a few questions that may help diagnose your issue. Is DROID locally hosted. You said when you log into her PC, is this in a different account on the same PC? It would be useful to understand a bit more about the setup?
