RESOURCE.FRK Mac Suitcase, Font/DA Mover, system file priority over fmt/134

Hello DROID community. I just ran DROID on a bunch of files created circa Mac System 6 and noticed they aren't given priority over fmt/134 MPEG 1/2 Audio Layer 3. All of these files were located in RESOURCE.FRK subfolders. Some common file names:

!SUITCAS.EII - Associated with Mac Suitcase II.

!FONTDAM.OVE - Associated with Mac Font/DA Mover.

!FONTMOV.ER - Associated with Mac Font Mover.

SYSTEM - Macintosh System File Version 6.0.
