Drobo identification

Hi,

Have had a Drobo for some time and have been using it for rsync backups
of my OpenSuSe Linux box, but have never found out its version or
generation.

I still have part of the box the drobo came in showing its serial number
and part Number, UOC number and possibly model number but it is not
identified as such and just reads 'DR04DD20'.

How would I find this information out from my operating system?

I am no expert, but you should be able to install drobo utils and get that information.
