Drobo Dashboard does not see drobo update server when on Windows 10

I have a Drobo 5n and FS. I updated my laptop to Windows 10 and installed the latest Drobo Dashboard and when I try to get access to update site from the Drobo, it gives an error that it cannot access the Drobo update site.

I have a laptop that has Windows 7 with the same Drobo Dashboard version and it works fine from this laptop. Believe it is an issue with Windows 10 firewall and the Drobo Dashboard service, although I have looked at both service for the Windows 7 and Windows 10 they look the same on the firewall. Has anyone run into this issue and have found a solution?
