Small fixes, patches uploaded

Hi all.

While happily introducing newjs and jsunittest in my workflow, I have
found some minor defects on jsunittest:

* The results can't be posted from IE6 as the code uses a call to an
inexistant XMLHttpRequest native object.
* Number of tests run is not posted.
* Running rake test_units fails as there is not parameter reading for
"warning".

I've fixed these defects an uploaded the corresponding patches to this
Google Group (at <http://groups.google.com/group/drnic-javascript-
projects/files>).

Dr Nic, will the gems and sites be updated to reflect the code updates
that are already on github?
