I have a mildly used Puddle Jumper 4 wheel carriage set up as pony size, American made by Hardwicks Hideout.  It is green, bench seat with elevated drivers side, has both shafts and a padded pole for pairs.  Its in great shape. The reason why I am selling it is that it is a little big for my pair and I will probably order a Polywog from Russ.
