Hi.
ASUS Zenfone 5 v3.24.40.87, supersu pro 2.65, drivedroid 0.10.4
After updating the program, I tried to start it, but it does not start, and offered to clear the cache.
I did it, but the wizard does not go beyond point "find root paths".
Past version worked fine.

What version of Android are you on? Does 'find root paths' show any sign of loading?
