Hello All,

Please find below minutes of meeting:

1. Below slots have been finalized for GD.

Monday - 5 PM onward

Wednesday - 2 PM onward

Friday - 5 PM onward

Mayur - would be floating a mail to entire batch with all the details.

2. Judge panel would consist of faculty and seniors (depending on availability). We are also planning to have judges from outside.

3. Number of people in a group and number of groups, depends on the entries we get for that particular slot. Venue would be any available classroom at that time.

4. Jai and Rohit P - Collaboration with AIESEC, which is non-profit organization run by students mainly focused on developing leadership capabilities through their internal leadership programs and engages students and graduates in international student exchange and internship programs for profit and non-profit organizations.

5. As of now we have Drishtikon group on FB, but in order to integrate FB feeds with Drishtikon website, we need a facebook page. 

Vikrant and Nitin - Would be creating facebook page for drishtikon.

6. Domain Knowledge sharing sessions - We are planning to conduct these sessions where in, students with good knowledge of any particular domain would be conducting a interactive knowledge sharing session.
