Tasks for tomorrow

Here is a breakdown of what we do tomorrow as spoken with Avichal...

2.30 pm : We arrive at Assembly hall. Prep for momento, etc

3.00 pm : Compering describing the previous year and announces the last event for D'Kon chapter 2012-13. Introduce the judge for the event.

3.15 pm : Turncoat debate starts. Team 1 on stage. 

3.25 pm : Team 2 on stage

3.35 pm : Team 3 on stage

3.45 pm : Team 4 on stage

3.55 pm : Team 5 on stage

4.00pm : Announce results, etc.

4.05 pm : Director sir called on stage to address the gathering

4.20 pm : Seniors on stage for a small closure

4.30 pm : Passing the baton to the junior team and announcing the team

4.45 pm : D'Kon 2012-13 officially closes...

Dear Jay,

Ya it looks good.

You all need to decide and share as in who is doing what so that there is no confusion about the tasks divided.

This is the closing event of the season , so please make sure nothing goes wrong.

I have already invited Director sir and faculty members .

I am sure you all will mark your impression through the execution of this event.

I will appreciate if you all can send the concrete plan by evening.

Also, mementos need to be bought( may be bamboo shoots). Have you all decided about that?

 I am a bit upset looking at the team response.

Hope  you all perform well and make Drishtikon proud of you.
