Minutes of today's D'Kon meeting

Hello All,

               As informed we met today at 5 PM and please find the details of the discussion held regarding Induction of Drishtikon.

·         Induction is going to be held in next week. Date would be finalized after confirming with coordinators (Neelam madam & Kiran sir) by tomorrow.

·         Tasks distributed

Flex and Poster - Design & printing – Pratik Beedkar, Naga Ravi

Mailer, Facebook page and create event – Vikrant , Nitin saxena

Events calendar – Vageesh, Jai Sisodia

Video editing – Vikrant

Induction Presentation - Jay Magdani

Suggestions are welcome.We are meeting again tomorrow i.e, 4^th July 2013 at 5 PM at study enclosure near Juice center for further discussions.Please join.

Hello All,

Below are the minutes of today's meeting:

1. Induction session is planned on 9th July, Tuesday at 5 PM

2. PFA ppt - some minor changes are yet to be done, probably we will show presentation in prezi

3. Flow of the induction session -

    - Introduction

    - Directors address

    - PPT

    - Faculty or alumnus address

    - Q & A

4. Vikrant is coordinating with Titare for video

5. Posters are on the wall :-)

6. Invitation mail has been sent to batch 13-15

7. Invitation to faculty and director sir will be sent tomorrow

8. FB event creation and group invites will be done by tomorrow

Please revert with suggestions if any and we might not be able to meet tomorrow because of tight schedule of lectures, lets see..

Hello Team

I just went through the Presentation. The content looks good. In the reflections section , we can incorporate screenshot of the cover pages of the magazine which would enhance the visual appeal. 

Apart form it, the events section can be showcased thru pictures of our events.

The decision to showcase the ppt via Prezi is excellent and the above can be easily showcased with Prezi.

There needs a small addition in Contacts slide. We need to also mention about the Drishtikon Facebook Page.

Also, If any help is required from my end please let me know.

Wishing the team a very best for the Induction Session and hoping for a huge response from 13-15.

Regarding showcase of event photographs - we are planning to show them in the video, which would be played at the beginning of the session. Let's see how it goes, as of now Vikrant and Titare are working on video. We might need your help in giving finishing touch to it, will definitely let you know in that case.
