To a consumer of water, like me who is no expert, there is some awareness now about importance of clean drinking water. And general perception is that gov is not doing much in this regards.
Most of us who can afford now subscribe to water suppliers like nestle etc.
Obviously, the tap water is not drinkable. Our kids in schools who drink from water coolers, there is no check on the quality of that. So regardless of what we do, exposure to bad drinking water is unavoidable.
