first, we need to go over some business. And the first thing on my
list for business is thatchers shoes. They still havent been
returned, so please please please everyone check to see if they have
thatchs shoes so he can get them back.

Second, here is the list for equipment needed for scidm that cadet
thatcher has provided:

and last thing on the items for business is make sure all projects are
completed by tomorrow.

Now motivation time.
I estimate that we have put in well over 320 hours of practice since
we first started. I took us over a week to get down port arms. I
remember spending a whole saturday trying to learn inspection arms for
an inspection that we had. In fact we didnt even finish the routine
until the beginning of this semester. We have come a long ways since
we have started. I know that many of us, if not all of us, have
literally put into this drill team our blood,sweet and tears. We have
given so much, and sacrificed to be apart of this team. I know right
now that we are tired, I know it I see it in everyones faces, and
scidm just so happens to be in the middle of mid terms. but I have
been thinking about this, I wouldnt have it any other way. This
competition is has been, and continues to be one of our greatest
challenges that we are preparing for in the rotc and in school, but
anything worth while requires sacrifice. Tomorrow lets bring our a
game to practice, Show up ready to give your all and ready to perform,
lets put in everything we got into this last practice and lets go to
scidm feeling confident and prepared.
