This is a very simple problem that you ever imagine. Many BIJOY users face this type of problem although solution is very simple.
Please do the following as I say:
1. At first, please uninstall the Bijoy software that you have installed.
2. Now right click on the setup file and click properties.
3. On the compatibility tab, click the checkbox named run this program for compatibility mode for Windows Service Pack 2.
4. Presses apply and ok to close the dialogue box.
5. Now install the Bijoy software
6. On the shortcut of bijoy software, Now right click on the setup file and click properties.
7. On the compatibility tab, click the checkbox named run this program for compatibility mode for Windows Service Pack 2.
8. Presses apply and ok to close the dialogue box.
9. Restart windows seven.
