I work for a Fortune 500, multi-national software company that is currently hiring process & technology architects with ITIL IT Service Manager / Service Master and Practitioner certification. You would be a Services Architect working with our clients on ITIL process and technology design.
This is a Manager / Architect level position. Travel is involved, but is generally just in the Midwest (including Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Nebraska).
Experience in a ITIL v2/v3 environment and experience with Service Desk and CMDB products and related processes is preferred. ITIL Service Manager and/or Practitioner certification is preferred.
