I'll do henna because it's Eid and we can just have a tips jar

I'll confirm with my uncle tomm afternoon.

Can we make sure the food is halal, zabihah. I don't think the one in morristown is.

I have Eid decorations ballons and streamers and we can pick stuff up from the dollar store. Goody bags is also a good idea.

The flyer and Facebook will be done Sunday night when I get back from IR volunteering.

goodie bags are a good idea. Wajiha do you need help with food and figuring out costs. We can get platters Kebab Paradise.
Are we getting dessert?  and goodie bags are a good idea but we would need to plan a time to get all of the candy, and baggies and put them together in one sitting.

Platters is a good idea too are we gonna be having that alongside the paki food???
About henna : Does anyone have henna if not let me know ill try to find it it will cost atleast $20 because one cone of henna is ~$5. Last time when i put henna on ppl i felt i couldn't enjoy the event itself cuz thats the only thing i was doing. Maybe we can just put small flowers on ppls hand rather than doing the designs cuz it takes alot of time.

I like the idea of goodie bags! and I agree for the henna as well. You should still be able to enjoy the event!

Are platters more expensive? and yes, we should get dessert

The goody bags sound good! We could submit an lpo for 50-60 dollars to buy supplies.

http://www.drew.edu/StudentActivities/clubsandorgs/policies/catering-policy
here is the link regarding catering
they have new rules. i don't mind filling it all out, i just need to know the information & we should decide soon where we're getting the food.

where is the platters restaurant, even?

It was just a suggestion lol, it's in Lake Hiawatha near Drew, it's Afghan food and it's zabiha.
