Dredging Committee Meeting, Monday, September 16th

We have tentatively reserved Seaside One for 5 pm, Monday, September 16,
for a Dredging Committee meeting. I did not hear back from either Carl
Doane or Greg Bialy and Andrew Dunbar has moved out of Manchester, so we
are at a bare minimum quorum. We have the freedom to switch to the
17th, if necessary. If anyone's plans change, please let me know.
I will be filing a formal agenda later this week. Nobody, so far, has
suggested any other items, but if you think of something, let me know
before tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon.
