That's a pretty good question for a short meeting before summer gets into a full swing.

Gentlemen, how about a meeting on June 21, a week from tomorrow.  A short meeting to review the bids and to see how best to revise our financial projections with actual data.

Hi Jim,

Meeting on the 21st sounds fine if before 7:00pm for me - Fin com meeting at 7.

Prock Marine is it good outfit from Rockland Maine. We've been following their projects for years and they are a well regarded company.

Fully tested the seaworthiness of the SW42 in the Kattegat and North Sea yesterday.  30+ knots on a close hauled course for 85 miles up to the coast of Sweden from Denmark. Big waves, we felt like an Opti out there.

One other question that we should ponder is what is the organization aspects of the project?   Greg F indicated Bion the chief of communications at one time.  I think the town was thinking about CLE to oversee along with DPW the project(s) themselves.  Just not sure what the CLE cost estimates are.  Would be good to understand the "total" project costs anticipated costs for this phase to be.  

I understand the low bidder requirements by law but would like to understand what made the winner the choice given the other two were substantially higher.

I understand this is getting into the operational aspects and town has responsibility for bidder selection.
