Attached are some numbers for discussion. The first two pages are a
corrected version of the numbers from our January report. The second two
pages are the cost of the same plan but with the numbers from the
winning dredging bid (Prock) substituted for our previous estimate.
What I would like to discuss tonight is whether we think the the Prock
numbers generalize, the margin in error is within our 15% fudge factor,
or whether it would be more prudent to pick more conservative numbers
taking into consideration the losing bids.
