Yes, I did get those files a year and a half ago. After some trouble with GIS to latitude/longitude data, I loaded them up and saw only shore line. I sent a screen shot of what I was seeing to CLE, who said the data looked fine to them.
I just spent the morning reviewing code, putting in diagnostics, and scratching my head. Eventually, the problem became obvious: CLE reversed the sign of the depth between the data files from 2010 and these. I should have noticed this, but sometimes the obvious doesn't become obvious until it pokes you in the eye.
These file cover the before and after surveys from the previous dredging. I would still like to get my hands on the engineering survey for the upcoming dredging, if it exists. And I'll even take it in GIS format, if that's more convenient for CLE.

Attached are the following data files:
Pre-dredge data files:

AREA C – file name: 20180205_AreaC-MMC_Merged BD_R1
Post-dredge data files:
AREA B (1st post-dredge) – file name : 20171027_Area B_MLW_4’sort_MEC
AREA B (2nd limit post-dredge to confirm contractor clean up) - file name: 20171108_MBS_Area B_AD2_SRT10_MLW
**Note that there are 2 files for Area B because we did the 1st post dredge to confirm contractors work, then we sent the contractor back for clean up. We then came back are resurveyed the clean-up areas with a 2nd post dredge. Therefore, any overlap of data lines between the “4’sort_MEC” and “AD2_SRT10_MLW” data sets, the data from AD2 is considered the final/representative depths
