The document has been updated to reflect the cost factors we settled on
at our June 21 meeting, $30 per cubic yard for spoil removal and
disposal and $500,000 for mobilization/demobilization. I also added a
summary of the bids for the 2017 project.
Please send me any comments, additions, or corrections before we
circulate this more widely.
